1200 Seventeenth received its LEED Platinum certification. The building includes a number of sustainable design features, including water-saving fixtures that reduce water use by 35 percent, low-emitting materials and ample ventilation that increase air quality, and a state-of-the-art, dedicated outside air system (DOAS) with VAV controls.
